Ichthyodectes cf. ctenodon Cope, 1870.

Ichthyodectes was a huge predatory fish. Adults could grow to up to 3 metres long. Fine well preserved matrix free single vertebra.

Upper Cretaceous, Coniacian / Santonian, Niobrara Chalk Formation, Smoky Hill Chalk Member.
