We aim to despatch your specimen within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment and the price quoted for delivery is normally that for First Class postage.
For UK orders, we send light items as first class. In April 2015 Royal Mail created new ‘Small’ and ‘Medium’ parcel categories. A Small parcel is no more than 45 x 35 x 8 cm and cannot weigh more than 2 Kg. A Medium parcel can be up to 61 x 46 x 46 cm and weigh up to 20 kg.
Europe and International orders up to 2 Kg we normally send as Airmail 'Small Parcel'. Please contact us for a ‘ParcelForce’ quote for dispatch of items greater than 2 Kg overseas as these prices vary greatly from country to country.
All delivery costs quoted during the checkout process are estimates which include postage and packaging costs. Please contact us if you have any queries.
It is important that you choose the correct Country AND the correct Postal Zone/Country when at the checkout, otherwise the calulated postage displayed will be too low and you may get charged extra! Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need further information.
