Coprolite - probably from a shark.
Spiral cigar shaped matrix free coprolite. These coprolites showing a distinct 'spiral' nature have been attributed by some research workers to sharks. In this case that would be a Hybodontid shark. Interesting.
Jurassic. Lower Sinemurian.
Church Cliff Bay, Lyme Regis, Dorset.
