Graphularia robinae (McCoy).

Sea Pens (Pennatulaceans) are rare in the fossil record. They are anchored to the sea floor and have a naked stalk with an arrangement of leaf like 'fronds'. The most famous Pennatulacean is probably the Pre-Cambrian genus Charnia from Leicestershire. They are hardly ever offered for sale.
