Onchopristus numidus (Haug, 1905)
Rostral peg from the extended upper jaw of a giant Sawfish. In beautiful condition. These enormous fish formed part of the diet of the fish eating Dinosaur, Spinosaurus.
Cretaceous, Albian / Cenomanian, Tegana Formation.
Hamada du Guir, Kem Kem basin, south of Taouz, Morocco.
Specimen : 5.5 cm long.
