Thescelosaurus negletus Gilmore 1913.

Complete matrix free phalange from the foot of a small Hypsilophodon like Ornithopod Dinosaur. The bone came out in two pieces an#d has been glued back together. Thescelosaurus was one of the very last Dinosaurs surviving right up to the extinction event at the close of the Cretaceous. Unusual.

Cretaceous. Late maastrichtian, Lance Creek Formation, 
Converse County, eastern Wyoming, USA.

Bone : 2.5 cm. long.
