Paleodictyon sp.
Paleodictyon is a trace fossil consisting of connected honeycomb raised areas. it belongs to a group of trace fossils collectively known as graphoglyptids. Thought to be structures constructed by unknown organisms for the gardening of microbes as a food source. This is a particularly fine example from a classic locality for this particular fossil.
Middle Eocene.
