MULTI CYSTOIDS - ORDOVICIAN, CZECH REPUBLIC.
Dendrocystites barrandei
Small piece of mica rich siltstone. One surface is absolutely covered in well preserved Cystoids. At least 6 individuals are present with one particularly fine complete example. Lovely surface detail of the plates under magnification.
Upper Ordovician, Sandbian, Letna Formation.
Ded Hill, Zahorany, Czech Republic.
