Apateodus glyphodus (Blake)

Section of jaw from an Alupiforme fish (modern Lizard fishes). Shows two teeth. part of the other jaw lying on top with 5 smaller teeth. Unusual. 

Cretaceous, Middle Albian, Gault Clay.
Folkestone, Kent.

Jaw : 2 cm long.
