Bird - most probably from a Goose.

The proximal end of a lower leg bone ( the tibiotarsus bone) - from a goose sized wildfowl. Shows the expanded cnemial crest to perfection. Really nice specimen.

Late Pleistocene - outwash gravels from Lake Agassiz.
Anaka County, central / eastern Minnesota, USA.

Bone : 5.5 cm long.
