Pronophelbia rediviva

Small piece of buff siltstone. On one surface there is a well preserved cranefly. Shows head, both eyes, antennae, part of the body and one veined wing.

Eocene, Green River Formation, Parachute Creek Member.
'Raydome' locality, Douglas Pass, Garfield County, Colorado, U.S.A.

Specimen : 4 x 2.5 x 0.6 cm.
