Complete humerus from the paddle forelimb of an Ichthyosaur. on one surface there is a deep bite mark where another larger marine reptile has bitten the bone. Superb example of predation. The famous 'Kursk Osteolite' Beds is the direct equivalent of the Cambridge Greensand deposits in Cambrideshire with an almost identical vertebrate fauna. Kurst is right next to the eastern Ukranian border and right in the middle of the war zone. As such no new material is coming out of there.
