Megaceras giganteus Blumenbach.
The Giant Irish Elk was widespread all over northern Europe in the last ice Age. It eventually became extinct due to climate changes. Part of the left lower jaw of a sexually immature sub adult with 2 pristine teeth in position. Beautiful preservation and detail.
