Deinotherium (most likely Prodeinotherium bavaricum).
Deinotherium were a primitive type of Elephant with long curved downwards pointing tusks. Beautifully preserved complete tooth. The wear on the upper grinding surface would suggest this came from an old individual. One of the best examples of these lovely Bosnian teeth I have had in for a while.
