Pagiophyllum sp with numerous Bakevillia aerosa (Simpson) and a Promicroceras planicosta (Sowerby).
This specimen tells a story of life and death on the Jurassic seafloor. A piece of Conifer driftwood (Pagiophyllum) lies on the sea bed. This is utilized as a hard substrate so that numerous Bivales (Bakevillia) can attach to it using their byssal muscles. A storm surge on the sea bed then rips most of the bivalves off the driftwood and sweeps them along with a solitary Ammonite shell till they all come to rest and are buried.
