Bumastus ioxus (Hall, 1852).
Two well preserved complete Illaenid Trilobites lying next to each other. Both have the librigenes still attached. Both have 100 % original exoskeleton preserved. Double examples of this species from this locality are rarely offered.
Lower Silurian, Upper Clinton Group, Rochester Shale.
Caleb's Quarry, Middleport, Orleons County, New York State, USA.
Trilobites : 1.9 and 1.7 cm long.
