Clypeus plotti (Salter) with Gryphaea bilobata Sowerby.
Fine complete well preserved Echinoid. The upper surface has been used by Oyster 'spat' as a 'hardground' substrate to cement themselves onto. These would have severely restricted the Echinoids abllity to use it's tube feet for feeding so it is possible that this Echinoid was already dead on the sea bed. Interesting piece.
Jurassic, Bajocian, Clypeus Grit.
