Huge teleost - indet.

Cluster of six very big fish vertebra from what would have been a very large fish. Most likely to be from Brychaetus mulleri but could be from Scrombrinus macropterus or even Promegalops sheppeyensis.
Lovely preservation and detail.

Eocene, Sparnacian, London Clay.
Isle of Sheppey, Kent.
