Champsosaurus laramiensis Brown 1905

Champsosaurus was a fish eating crocodile like reptile that resembled the modern Gharial.it belongs to the order Choristodera. Two 3D vertebrae mostly matrix free. In excellent condition. One still has the neural arch intact.

Cretaceous, Campanian, Judith River Formation.
Havre, Montana, U.S.A. 

Largest vertebra :  2.5 x 3 x 3 cm.
