Ursus spelaeus Rosenmuller & Heinroth
Complete incisor with long roots. One side of the tooth shows excessive wear compared to the rest of the tooth. This would suggest some sort of abnormality in the jaw. Maybe growing at a slanted angle or maybe an abscess. Unusual.

Tooth : 3 cm tall.
