Fine complete molar from the North American Plains Buffalo. Most likely from the subspecies Bison bison occidentals which tended to live in the more northerly States.

Gravel Pit, Upper republican River, Red Willow, Red Willow County, Nebraska, USA.
Tooth : 5.5 cm long.
